Master’s degree programs are growing exponentially.
The number of programs offering medical engineering has grown from about 15,000 in 2015 to about 35,000 this year, according to a 2017 report from the Institute for College Access & Success.
A growing number of medical schools are taking advantage of the booming market by offering advanced degrees in the field.
The most popular master’s degree degree programs in 2018 are the B.S. degree at the University of Washington, the master’s in business administration at Johns Hopkins University, and the master in medical sciences and technology at The University of California, Berkeley.
These programs are often offered in conjunction with a master’s program in engineering, the University System of Georgia reports.
The B.A. in medical science and technology is an entry level degree at most medical schools.
Most students will spend a semester or two working in a laboratory before transferring to the program and becoming a full-time doctor.
Most of the other advanced degree programs offer a graduate-level certificate, typically in a related field.
According to the BSA, the average master’s-level B.
Sc. degree earned in 2018 was $37,000.
It’s the third highest-paying degree, behind the bachelor’s degree in medical engineering ($32,800) and the medical school certificate in medical education ($33,000).
Master’s degrees in medical technology and technology offer a little more money.
The average medical school bachelor’s-degree program costs $38,000, while the average medical master’s bachelor’s program costs about $44,000 for the year.
Some programs offer more than one advanced degree, such as a master of science in healthcare management degree.
The BSA says that more than 1,500 medical schools offer two-year medical education programs.
The top-paying master’s degrees earned in 2017 were the bachelor of medicine in health management, an associate of science degree, an advanced bachelor’s of science, and an associate degree in health policy.
According to the American Medical Association, medical schools have historically offered bachelor’s degrees as a way to supplement their medical education.
